˜”*°•.˜”*°• sacred space •°*”˜.•°*”˜
creating a sacred space in which to practice your magick is an important, meaningful aspect of witchcraft and being a witch, however you choose to define that for yourself. i myself identify as an eclectic mix of green and hedge witch. sacred spaces are as individual as witches themselves. i have several dedicated sacred spaces throughout my home and i like to think of them as being like portals; holy places where the veil between the seen and unseen resides (as it is above, it is below). you might have a singular sacred space in your home, or you may have more than one station. in fact, you may view your entire home as a sacred space, or have a combination of any of these.

witches often use tools and props in these spaces, to help foster a safe, inviting magickal vibe and to help them connect with their power and that of the universe. although these tools can be beneficial, it’s the acts and intentions that you manifest in these spaces that make them sacred: performing spells and rituals, journaling in your book of shadows (grimoire), meditating and performing reiki self healing, making music, working with crystals and herbs, etc. tell me about your sacred space(s). ๐คxx
