Hi 👋 I’m Evonne and I founded Good Nude Food in my small kitchen back in 2017. I had been working in the corporate sector for years, but always dreamt of escaping and having my own health food company.
•
I launched Superkraut in April 2018, one week before I welcomed my baby twins into the world! 👶🏻👶🏻 I remember some people telling me I was crazy to juggle being a twin (and new) mum whilst running a business and that it would be impossible. Truth is, I had absolutely no idea what I was letting myself in for! Building a business and balancing babies has been very challenging (I have been known to take them to meetings)! Although I have been so unbelievably sleep deprived these last 9 months, it has been worth it and it is possible. There are highs and lows but I wouldn’t change it for a thing.
•
I am passionate about gut health and want others to benefit through eating my delicious range of raw, fermented Superkraut. I have added additional superfoods such as turmeric and spirulina so they are as nutrient dense as possible.
•
Superkraut is currently sold in health food stores and farm shops throughout Scotland. This year, the plan is to take it UK wide! •

Do you dream of starting a business or want to know more about the benefits of eating fermented foods?
•
Join me on my journey as Superkraut grows!

They say oh you’re pregnant? I say yes!
✅
They say oh your not married? I say nope!
✅
They say how old are you again, 35? I say yes!
✅
They say you still doing all that extra stuff you do? I say yes! ✅
They say you still going to focus on your business? I say yes! ✅
They say you still think you are going to be able to pursue your dreams? I say yes!
✅
They say you still think you will have all that ambition? I say hell yes! ✅
.
.
The biggest lesson I am learning throughout this pregnancy is that I control my own narrative and no one else! .
This has and will probably be one of the most challenging yet rewarding years of my life, and I’m ready for it. .
Preparing to become a new mommy is not only a physical journey of carrying a child for nine months but also a spiritual and emotional journey.
.
All at the same time, removing all negative images and thoughts that some people might put in your head.
.
I have more ambition and drive than ever before! Moral of the story is, don’t let anyone tell you what you can or cannot do.
.
Even when life might throw in something unexpected, it’s not the challenge that will hold you back it's your perspective. .
Remember God has already prepared you for whatever challenges come your way.
.
Change your perspective, take the challenge head on, hold your head up high and remember who the heck YOU ARE! which is more than a conqueror! ✨
2019 is my year of YES! And I say YES to all of it!💗

I often wonder whether our hyperconnected, over-productive, “sink or swim” society is making us forget what it means to slow down.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
We are constantly encouraged to go faster, better, stronger - but at what cost?
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
During my recent visit to @experienceoman, an older local was telling me about how his family used to travel back in the day. Oman is a fairly newly developed country - even though it now has some of the best infrastructure in the world, they were moving around with dirt roads and donkeys 50 years ago.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
My friend told me that in the 70s, older generations could take up to *3* days to travel from their village to the capital (for contrast, now the same journey is just 1 hour by car).
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
Back then, the trip was a big deal: they’d plan it far in advance, travel for days, and stop by villages to visit family and friends along the way. A really special part of the journey was the time they spent connecting with each other and with loved ones they didn’t see often.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
It’s sad, he lamented, how today’s younger generations seek instant gratification. They never make time for anything important, he said. “Why so much hurry?”
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
That really made me wonder. I feel blessed to live a world where I CAN have what I want in a relatively short amount of time (from flights to Amazon packages to even running a business), but what is the price of this?
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
How often do we strip the process of its richness and magic, because we hurry it along and don’t take the time and space to appreciate what we have?
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
No answer here, friends, just thoughts. I wonder how we can get better at practicing patience and appreciation despite all the temptations, asking to go faster.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
What do you think? Curious to hear your musings.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
P.S. Pssttt! Something really exciting happens tomorrow: I’m opening the doors to my course, “Your 7-Figure Brand Story”!
In this new revamped version, I will be walking you through the top secrets and insights to creating a powerful Brand Story that will not only make you dem moneys, but also deeply connect you to your purpose. DM me if you want in! Early birds get $50 off 🙃.
