Bump date!! Feeling better than before.  Body really appreciates working out 5-6 days per week...if 7 it’s just light cardio.

Current cravings: lemons, meats, salads, potatoes...kind of consistent...similar to my first pregnancy.  Chocolate craving is occasional, which is unlike me. 🙂. The only new “thing” with this pregnancy is my under active #thyroid which was mainly in the first trimester, which nausea is usually associated with this because of the high level of hcg - fortunately haven’t actually been sick though!🤣 Finding it interesting that I’ve experienced this considering I feel that my desire for water is even heavier than before... #PituitaryProblems 🤷🏻‍♀️ waiting for those results today or tomorrow.

When I started my fitness journey years ago, I was this girl who lacked self confidence, a girl who didn’t like what she saw in the mirror, a girl who felt weak both physically but mostly mentally, a girl who was depressed- who missed her hubby, a girl who was lonely and lost herself. Fitness and especially group fitness helped me find myself again. I found confidence in myself thru my strengths. I found self worth and began to love myself. I found who Carrie really was and I like who I saw in the mirror both physically but mostly mentally. I found an inner strength that allows me stand up for myself, for what I believe and truly be okay if someone doesn’t like me. In the end, it’s not just Fitness/group fitness classes. It’s been a therapy session that has lasted years. I still have my bad days but my good days outweigh the bad. The other day I came home from cardio and @ashley__marie4  helped me with posing check ins at 5:30 am. I hop in the shower and when I come out she was holding her poses with a timer. This isn’t a one time thing, understand this is a daily routine. -
