Worry worry worry! we do it a lot but does it provide us anything fruitfull ?. ask this to yourself and i am quite sure that answer would be no. worry is a habit which is entrenched inside our subconscious mind. sometimes, we don't want to worry but we are still worrying a lot. the reason is, action of worrying is happening subconsciously on which we have very less control (close to zero). what to do then, you need to change this code from worrying to no worrying by continuously and persistently shifting your attention from worrying to no worrying whenever required. you need to do this 1000s of times so that you start worrying less and less as time passes. as it has taken years to write this code of worrying inside your subconscious, it will take years to change this code from worrying to no worrying but you will win if you persist 👍. be positive be awesome 🙌
