i went to post this agers ago and my long written diet plan info caption was lost when insta spazzed out so this is now what you gwt - grilled garlic chicken breast

i've been helping friends with personal meal plans and cooking them to show its easy and cheaper to make yumm food for more than half the cost of you food. this cost $86 and took under an hour to make.
i've been looking alot more into calorie craving dieting & macro flexible dieting, listening to the body cravings and basing the diet around what i'm needing and craving so i'm looking more forward to eating each meal and get all them cals in.
