what’s your favorite way to do them??
for me, i definitely prefer the “chataranga” style! it’s the yoga version of a high to low plank push-up and boy i never thought i could do push-ups but yoga makes it possible!
⚡️proper alignment for #chataranga:
• hands directly under the shoulders, elbows in, chest up, squeeze the armpits. effective and amazing practice for a strong vinyasa flow!!!! 💪🏼
took 30 minutes this morning to do 30 sec walk/30 sec sprint circuits followed up with 10 #vinyasa
flows! (plank, chataranga, up dog, down dog) i don’t even know how many times i did it lol count it if you want! haha all i know is i was dying after 😅😅😅
