Hello day 4 of #lastsummeryogis
challenge and today's pose is #dolphinpose
which is perfect for stretching shoulders, arms, upper back and legs. it helps bring flexibility to the spine, hamstrings, calves and arches. also it gives a huge relief from headaches, insomnia, fatigue and mild depression.
