Hotel room workout -
i loved this workout! 1) because it can be done anywhere. i did this purposefully in my everyday clothes to make that point, lol. 😊 i also didn't need a lot of space for this. 2) it's really good to develop balance and body awareness. every time you try to balance, you are building neuromuscular connections and with time will learn to balance better and better. complete 10 reps of each exercise and try to go through the workout 3 times!
**on helicopters, you may want to film yourself. this one is challenging to make sure your spine is in a straight line. i actually had to go lower than i realized to be in a straight line, which made balance much more challenging!
**on the plank ab pulls, really focus on pulling in the lower abs and pushing away from the floor.
**in reverse lunge to passe, when you releve, make sure you're going up to the first two toes and go on a high releve! try to balance as long as you can. 🎶cass - crowns🎶
