the get stretchy challenge is here!!!! 7 days to get flexible, because when you increase your flexibility you decrease tension, pain, and risk for injury. you also are able to move freely in your life, improve athletic performance, and easily do important things in your life like pick up your kids or bend over and to touch your toes! plus yoga is so special in the way that it connects breath and movement together so you will strengthen your cardiovascular system and reduce stress by calming your nervous system down.
every day you will receive a free yoga training video to your inbox that focuses on one yoga pose at a time, and in the video i will cover:

2. ✅ learn common mistakes so you can avoid doing them
3. ✅ 2 stretches you can do to improve the pose
4. ✅ make the pose work for your body by learning strategies to modify the pose
