Veg kebabs for lunch.
these are east indian style kebabs made of potatoes and vegetable mince.
tried them at the east indian food festival happening at @itcgrandcentral hornby's pavilion from 22nd may to 28th may.
inr 1950++ meat eaters will be in for a treat.
vegetarians have a limited choice in east indian but plenty of choices in the regular buffet. so it can be a combination of both.
Lunch like this 😍
laal naan, khus khus roti, rogan paneer and kali daal.
i couldn't have asked for a better lunch.
had this at @taftoonmumbai and thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
the chote chole kulche were bomb and my favourite from the entire meal.
aarav enjoyed the melt in the mouth paneer and the ice-cream/kulfi.
they serve delicious kebabs. do try.
also a meat lovers paradise.
Pad thai noodles!
non chewy, sweet, tangy, spicy and crunchy too.
one of the best pad thai i've had @soypanasian
i'm not a fan of pad thai noodles, but i loved it for the 1st time.
the tamarind and jaggery were used in right proportions. it was a well balanced dish.
how many pad thai fans here. where did you eat the best one?
Starting my day with this protein rich fudgy chocolate ice cream!
have you ever thought of spiking your ice creams with proteins?
though ice creams aren't really unhealthy but fattening due to heavy cream and sugar.
so adding some proteins would definitely make it better.
so i used @protinexindia’s tasty chocolate in my home made fudgy chocolate icecream and oh boy..this ice cream turned out to be bomb.
just milk, condensed milk, fresh cream, 90% bitter chocolate, salt, protinex powder and vanilla custard powder.
no churning, no moulding.. just heat everything, mix it all together, let it cool and then fill small matkas and freeze overnight. done.
will you try this at home?
a detailed receipe will soon come up on my blog and youtube.
Last year and a few months this year have not been less then a struggle.
work, family, personal .. everything was a struggle.
i broke, i cried, i felt weak, i felt like quitting. i lost confidence, trust and faith.
but i did not quit.
infact, i fought all odds and came out shining and now moving towards success.
i'm glad all my people are with me and those who didn't deserve me left.
so it's a happy moment.
this rajasthan trip was life changing.
also, i'm a strong woman today cause a strong woman raised me.
motherhood is the best thing that happened to me.
my son is my power and pride.
i will keep fighting all odds just to keep him happy.
wishing all the mommies a very happy mother's day.
happy mother's day to me
