's single turbo yukon build we did last summer has about 10k miles on the setup now, and it was time to up the boost some and see what it'll do.
quick info on the build--
vengeance racing forged pistons, stock rods/crank, stock heads, lil johns motorsport solutions spec cam with brian tooley racing valvetrain components. lt4 pump and injectors, alkycontrol trim nozzle m**h system, jmb performance & powdercoat, llc fabbed a single garret 6765 turbo with stock manifolds and highflow cats.
this round we did an armageddon turbo systems in-tank low side fuel pump, precision turbo & engine ball bearing 7675 turbo, and a custom aluminum driveshaft from pem racing gears & drivetrain
originally truck dyno'd 602/675 on 13 psi and 12 degrees of timing. with the new turbo we turned it up to 18 psi and jeremy statzel dialed the tune. it made761 rwhp 820 tq on 15-16 degrees of timing!
this truck is ignorant! plenty of room to grow if this gets boring 😀
