if you suffer of acne, i recommend seeing if this recipe is right for you.
we need to accept everything about ourselves; but we also need to be aware that acne is our body telling us something needs our attention. it’s our job to figure out what that is & put the time in to make it better. .
2 teaspoons grape seed oil
1 teaspoon jojoba oil
6 drops: tea tree, lavender, lemongrass & frankincense oils
store in a cool dark place & shake b4 using. .
i apply at night after removing makeup, washing the face, applying toner -and before moisturizer. i let it seep into the skin for a few min first.
within 4-6 weeks of daily use, you should notice a difference. since everybody is different & no 2 faces are the same, it’s crucial to work with a dermatologist. .
.why this works:
grape seed oil helps treat acne & acne scars. it's rich in beta-carotene, fatty acids & vitamins d, c & e.
