Come out and train like I do at @be_more_athletics 💪🏼💪🏼🙌🏼 My Gym is located in Santa Ana California where the 405 and the 55 meet.

We have a team of Amazing trainers @benmoreland @metta_world_hayden @aj.yumul @keepfit_11 @braandicarrillo and an AMAZING gym family full of people who will encourage and motivate you during your workout!! If you are in the OC area and tired of going to the big gyms where you just go through the motions and don’t really know what to do and have no encouragement or workout buddies and are just not seeing results, COME JOIN US!! Class schedule is on @be_more_athletics IG Page now, pick a class and come on in! I’m almost always there at 9am 💚💚💚

Sekretem jest zachowanie równowagi między pracą, a życiem prywatnym. To nas powinno mobilizować, motywować i odpowiednio nastrajać 🙂

Dorota Wellman powiedziała, że dobra „Matka Polka” może i pracować i mieć dziecko, rozwijać swoje pasje, mieć czas dla siebie i przestać mieć wyrzuty sumienia.

W takim razie nie budujmy sobie murów, a budujmy mosty, które będą łączyły wiele najważniejszych ról i aspektów naszego życia ♥

Jestem mamą, żoną, prowadzę firmy, zarządzam projektami, realizuje swoje pasje i uwielbiam wyzwania, dlatego chcę wybudować jeszcze kilka mostów 🙂

What’s SHRED? Here’s an example circuit! 💦🔥 Shred is a new workout program in the @fitbodyapp and is a body weight only, high intensity 30 minute workout program that can be done from anywhere. Home, the gym, you name it!

You can follow shred as your primary workout program if your primary  goal is to shed fat and lean down. OR you can do Tone or Sculpt if you also want to gain lean muscle, and then do Shred as your cardio workouts! 💦😉
.
Here’s a circuit you can try out!
20 Side squat + knee raises (repeat on both sides)
10 rounds Walking lunge + blast off lunge
30 total Side to side bench jumps
20 total Jumping lunges
Repeat 3x!!
This would be one of three circuits in a complete shred workout 😉 #fitbodyapp #fbggirls

@haze.fbg’s 4 month TONE progress... Look at that muscle definition!! 😍💪 I’m LOVING seeing your girls’ transformations and starting photos as you begin the new Shred and Sculpt programs!

Since so many of you have recently joined the community and are starting your Fit Body journey, here are some tips for taking progress photos 📸
.
❤️ Take your day 1 photos ASAP. I know it’s not the most fun thing to do in the world, but everyone who waits later tells me they regret it because they can’t fully compare how far they’ve come.
❤️ Take full body photos from the front, side and back if possible. Wear shorts or a bikini if comfortable. You don’t even have to share these with anyone else but you will want to see progress in all different places after months of working your booty off! (or on 😉🍑)
❤️ Take photos in natural lighting or in a well-lit place
❤️ Re-take progress photos every 4 weeks (no sooner) in Round 1-2 and after you’ve been on your journey for at least 6 months, no need to take progress pictures more than once every 12 weeks
❤️ Wear the same clothes each time you re-take progress photos, and in the same positions and same lighting if possible.
❤️ Last but not least, remember to focus on and notice the non-physical progress just as much as the physical progress!! It’s so important to notice your energy levels improving, better sleep, overall happier and more confident! Those are things no progress picture can show you ☺️

Slowing Down For Once In My Life 💛
Those close to me could tell you I have worked my ASS off since a very young age and have been grinding ever since!
BUT... Being Sick Puts Things Into Perspective.
I have recently discovered how to prioritize my life and what is worth working for and stressing over. And what is best if just LET GO!

Up until 2 months ago I lived in a Constant, and I do mean CONSTANT state of stress. I didn’t even realize I was stressed until I actually de-stressed after a 4 day hospital stay that forced me to slow down.
I was focusing on the wrong things in life and trying to do it all, have it all, be it all.

NEWS FLASH!
It’s just not possible to give 100% to ALL aspects of life all the time. I repeat, NOT Realistic!!! It only took me 32 years to realize that 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ So I have recently decided to scale back my crazy workaholic mode and focus on just a few projects at at time, 2019 will be dedicated to growing @cheri_fit and @be_more_athletics 💪🏼😄
This will give me more time to spend with my family, friends and my always supporting wonderful husband @benmoreland 💛💏 Going into 2019 I wish you wisdom to realize what is important and the strength to LET GO and prioritize your life! .
Because you can do anything!
But not everything.
