Goodlife bars bend easy and the whip is crazy !! Worked up to 500lbs plus about 250 in band with average and lights. In just breifs and wraps today!! Just keep moving forward!! And then deficit pull with 455. #squat #highasfuck

When the first heavier day back almost end with you getting hurt... "speed" free squats tonight with 430 bar weight and 250 in bands(light and average) 8x2. then pull vs bands on a huge deficit... got to get back to pulling with them for grip and speed !! #gettingitdone #squat #tiredlegs

Made it to the gym late last night.. decided to do the worst movement possible zearcher squats.. worked up to 365 before I has to shut it down.. then 315 for an easy 5. Just getting back into training with so much going on! #gettingitdone #armsaredead

First day back in the gym after the meet. Worked up to 115 double light bands for sets of 5. Got a quick pump then got out. It all starts again building for a better total!
