"rəcəb" allah ilə dostluq üçün bir bəhanədir... məhəmməd (s.ə.v.v.) buyurmuşdur: "rəcəb ayında hər kəs 100 dəfə :
«أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّهَ الَّذِی لا إلهَ إِلاّ هُوَ، وَحْدَهُ لا شَرِیکَ لَهُ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَیْهِ»
"əstəğfirullahəl ləzi lə iləhə illə hu, vəhdəhu lə şərikə ləh və ətubu iləyh" desə və sonda sədəqə versə allah onun işini rəhmət və bağışlanmaqla sona çatdırar və hər kəs 400 dəfə onu desə şəhidlərin fəzilətini qazanar". həmçinin peyğəmbər buyurmuşdur: "hər kəs rəcəb ayında 100 dəfə «لا اِلهَ اِلاَّ اللّه» -lə iləhə illəllah desə, allah onun üçün çoxlu yaxşılıqlar yazar". rəvayətdə gəlmişdir: "hər kəs rəcəb ayında sübh vaxtı 70 dəfə, həmçinin axşam 70 dəfə اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّهَ وَ أَتُوبُ اِلَیْهِ "əstəğfirullahə və ətubu iləyh" desə, sonra əllərini yuxarı qaldırıb أَللّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لی وَ تُبْ عَلَىَّ -allahumməğfirli və tub ələyyə" desə əgər rəcəb ayında ölərsə allah ondan razı olar". seyid ibn tavus nəql edir: "rəcəb ayında "İxlas" surəsinin oxunmasının böyük fəziləti vardır. o cümlədən, ağa rəsulullah rəvayət etmişdir ki, hər kəs pak niyyətlə rəcəb ayında 10 min dəfə "İxlas" surəsini oxusa qiyamətə anadan təzə doğulmuş kimi günahsız daxil olar, 70 mələk ona istiğfar edər və behişti ona bəşarət verər". həmçinin həzrət bu surənin min dəfə, hətta yüz dəfə də oxunmasının böyük savabı olduğunu xatırlatmışdır.

ağa rəsulullahdan rəvayətdir ki, o buyurdu: "hər kəs rəcəb ayında bir gün oruc olsa və 4 rukət namaz qılsa (hər 2 rukət bir salamla) birinci rukətdə 100 dəfə "ayətəlkursu", ikinci rukətdə 200 dəfə "İxlas" surəsini oxuyarsa ölümündən qabaq behiştdə öz yerini görər". (yaxud başqası onun yerinə görər və onunçün təsvir edər)
“Smile more” .... ladies??? How often do you hear it?! I swear I’m usually smiley like this but when I get in front of a camera my face wants to go serious and sultry. I can’t help it. 🤷‍♀️ enjoy the smile 🤣🤣🤣❤️😊

Meet creator and entrepreneur Jackie Aina (@jackieaina), an advocate for inclusivity and diversity. Jackie’s success in demanding more representation within the beauty industry has inspired millions of people around the world, but most don’t know the struggle it took Jackie to get to this point. 💞 ⁣
✨ ⁣
Growing up in Los Angeles, sometimes living in shelters, Jackie didn’t have a lot of positive role models to teach her about success. “I wish I had people around showing me what it looks like to live out your passion,” says Jackie. “When you see someone who is young and is Black and is killing it and is not allowing their upbringing to affect their adulthood, I want people to be inspired by that. If I could be that to somebody else, then I really, really hope I can be.” ⁣
✨ ⁣
While Jackie is busy building her own empire, she’s also mentoring other creators and making sure they have opportunities to use their platforms in a positive way. “For me, #ShareBlackStories is another way of saying share Black experiences. We can all relate to and learn from each other in one way or another.” ⁣
✨ ⁣
This Black History Month, we’ve partnered with @bet to #ShareBlackStories and support #Advocates doing amazing work on Instagram and beyond. Check out our final episode, on IGTV now.

“I want to see all versions of the Black woman flourish. I want to see the bougie Black girl. I want to see the geeky Black girl. I want to see the Black girl who does cosplay. I feel like there’s room for all of us. But there shouldn’t be this hierarchy of one being better than the other. I’m just here for every version of Blackness,” says Jackie, a creator and entrepreneur from Los Angeles. ❤️️🖤 ⁣
“I’m a voice for inclusivity because I refuse to let Black women go unnoticed. I will always do what I can to make sure that it just doesn’t happen.”⁣

Editorial fashion and beauty MUA Martha Butterworth (@marthamakeupartist) doesn’t like to be pigeonholed. “I prefer to try out as many ideas and techniques as possible,” says Martha, who often uses 3D elements in her work, “purely because it opens up a whole new dimension to what I can create.”⁣
⁣
“A lot of my work is colorful and has a light-hearted fun element to it,” she says. “I think I get bored quite quickly and feel the need to break the mold.” 🌞⁣

“My eating disorder tries to tell me that I’d be safer in a smaller body, but I try to remind myself that the ‘safety’ and relief came at the cost of everything else in my life. As my body shrunk, so did my entire life.”⁣
⁣
Shira Rosenbluth (@theshirarose) is uniquely positioned in her career as an eating disorder therapist, since she is in recovery for anorexia and bulimia.⁣
⁣
“It feels empowering to be able to take my years of suffering and pain and use it to try and make this world a safer place for people in larger bodies. I was a therapist in an outpatient clinic for the first three years of my career and had no intention of treating eating disorders because of my history. But every time I had a client with an eating disorder walk through my door, we were able to do amazing work and it was an area that I was so incredibly passionate about and also really good at. I knew that this was what I was meant to do. It’s the biggest privilege to be able to to be a part of someone else’s healing journey,” she says.⁣
⁣
“Reaching out for support and allowing someone else in can be really scary. My clients are some of the bravest people I know, and I wouldn’t change what I do for the world.” ❤️⁣

Lucia Perešová’s (@geminiblush) face may be her canvas, but it’s certainly not blank. “You have to work around the 3D shape of your face and mix your products according to your skin type, which feels a little like alchemy,” says the 21-year-old student and makeup artist from Slovakia. “Seeing the face I’m so familiar with transform into something completely unrecognizable is a very surreal experience.”⁣
⁣
Lucia doesn’t limit her art to just her skin. “I really like incorporating pupils into my looks; I feel like it gives them this almost otherworldly look that's very fun to wear around,” she says. 👀 #ThisWeekOnInstagram⁣

For professional scooter rider Vincent Kudrna (@vincentkudrna), scootering is liberating. “I don’t have any coaches telling me what to do or where I need to be. What I do on a scooter is truly all up to me,” says the San Diego native. “I really connected with scootering because it combines all the best aspects of other action sports. You can grind like a skateboarder with the deck, do tail whips and bar spins like a BMX biker, and you can spin and move quickly like a Rollerblader,” he says. #ThisWeekOnInstagram⁣
